Private Amalfi Coast Boat Tour
One premium SACS RIB, twin Mercury V10 400hp and a captain who knows every cove. From Positano to Capri, your Amalfi Coast day on the water — private, unhurried, yours.
from €1.500
An Amalfi Coast boat tour should feel like your own coastline, not a crowded timetable. Strider Amalfi is a private charter aboard a single premium SACS RIB powered by twin Mercury V10 400hp engines, with a professional captain always on board.
We don't do shared boats. Up to eight guests cruise from Positano to Amalfi, slipping into sea grottoes and quiet swimming coves on a route shaped around you. One boat, one crew, one unforgettable day on the water.

The itinerary
Departure & first run along the coast
We meet at the dock, settle you in and open up the twin Mercury V10s for a smooth, scenic run along the Amalfi Coast — cliffs, pastel villages and terraced lemon groves unfolding from the sea.
Positano from the water
We slow off Positano to take in the most photographed village on the coast, its houses cascading to the beach. Time for photos, a coffee stop or a first dip in the clear water below the cliffs.
Sea grottoes & a swim stop
We anchor in a sheltered cove for swimming and snorkelling, then nose into sea caves such as the Emerald Grotto. Mask, fins and the swim ladder are ready whenever you want to jump in.
Amalfi, Atrani & a relaxed lunch
Cruise past Amalfi and tiny Atrani, then drop anchor for a long, unhurried lunch on board or at a waterfront restaurant — your captain books ahead and handles the logistics.
Fjord of Furore & hidden corners
Glide under the dramatic bridge of the Fjord of Furore and explore quieter stretches most tours skip, with extra swim stops wherever the water tempts you.
Golden-hour cruise home
We turn back as the light softens and the cliffs glow amber. It's the perfect moment to extend into a sunset cruise, or simply enjoy the calm run back to the dock.
The boat: a SACS RIB built for the Amalfi Coast
Strider Amalfi runs a single SACS RIB, one of the most respected rigid-inflatable builders in the Mediterranean. Twin Mercury V10 400hp engines move you between Positano, Amalfi and Capri quickly and smoothly, so you spend the day swimming and exploring rather than sitting in transit.
On board you'll find a teak-and-leather deck, generous sun pads, shade, a swim ladder and a fresh-water shower, plus comfortable space for up to eight guests. It's a proper premium platform: stable at anchor, exhilarating under way, and finished to a standard that makes the whole day feel effortless.

Why a private charter, not a shared tour
This is a private charter, not a group excursion. The boat is yours for the day — no strangers, no fixed schedule, no rushing back to a dock for the next departure. Your captain knows the coast intimately and shapes the route around what you actually want: more swim stops, a longer lunch, a detour toward Capri or a slow golden-hour cruise.
With one crew dedicated entirely to your party, the day is calmer and far more personal. You choose the pace, the playlist and the swim spots; the captain takes care of the navigation, the anchoring and the local know-how.

From Positano to Capri: a coastline made for the water
The Amalfi Coast packs an extraordinary amount of beauty into a short stretch of sea. In a single day you can watch Positano spill down the cliffs, glide under the Fjord of Furore, drift into the Emerald Grotto and anchor off Amalfi and Atrani for a swim.

Frequently asked
Is this a private boat tour or a shared group tour?
Every Strider Amalfi outing is a fully private charter. The SACS RIB is reserved exclusively for your party of up to eight guests, with a professional captain on board. You never share the boat with strangers, and the route is planned entirely around you.
How much does an Amalfi Coast boat tour cost?
A single full-day private charter starts from €1,500, with fuel charged separately. We also offer a 7-outing package at €7,499 and larger 14 or 21-outing packages from €14,998. Weekend, holiday and August dates carry a surcharge — message us for an exact quote.
Is a captain included in the price?
Yes. A professional skipper is always included. This is not a bareboat rental: your captain handles navigation, anchoring and safety, knows every cove and grotto on the coast, and tailors the day to your group so you can simply relax and enjoy it.
How many people can come on board?
The boat comfortably hosts up to eight guests for a day charter, plus the captain. It suits couples, families and small groups of friends alike. For larger parties, message us and we'll suggest the best way to organise your day on the water.
Where do the tours depart from?
We're based on the Amalfi Coast and around Salerno, and operate across the whole Campania coastline. Typical departures are from Positano, Amalfi or a point convenient to your stay. Tell us where you're staying and we'll confirm the easiest pick-up.
Which places can we visit in a day?
A classic day covers Positano, Amalfi and Atrani, the Fjord of Furore, the Emerald Grotto and quiet swimming coves. With an early start you can reach Capri or push toward the Cilento. Your captain shapes the route around the weather and your wishes.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If conditions don't allow a comfortable, safe day at sea, your charter can be rescheduled, refunded or transferred to another date. We watch the forecast closely and stay in touch so plans are confirmed well before departure.
